Sweetie Pie - Fruited Sour Ale - 6.5%

Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Moot Brew co, this sour ale is inspired by classic homestyle apple and cherry pie.

Zingy, pulpy fruit flavours dominate courtesy of litres upon litres of fresh Bramley apple and cherry juice. Multiple types of biscuit plus a particularly biscuity grain bill created the pastry, crumble base and a gentle touch of sea salt, cinnamon and vanilla provide subtle spice undertones.
