Oyster Rodeo - American Oyster Stout - 5.6%

A small batch ‘US’ variation of our famous oyster stout.

With this batch we’ve increased the ratio of dark malts and boosted the abv to create a beer with a fuller texture with notes of dark chocolate, liquorice and coffee. The beer is hopped with UK Admiral and US chinook for a squeeze of citrus and pine.

We added roughly 1000 whole whitstable oysters during the boil giving the beer it’s signature briney salinity.
